Awesome Bakery

I have been shopping at Fred's for over 30 years and I moved from Las Vegas to Texas about 20 years ago and then in the last year I moved from Texas to minnesota. For every special occasion via a birthday, anniversary, or holiday, I would always call freed's in Las Vegas to place my orders because not only are there cakes awesome and delicious they arrive in perfect condition and everyone who tastes their products falls in love. I don't mind paying for the extra shipping because I am over 1500 miles away from Las Vegas, freeze bakery is well worth it.

I have lived all over. But, one thing is for sure. Every birthday I will ship-in or visit Vegas to have my favorite birthday cake from Freed's. Their cakes are moist and delicious. Simply phenomenal! Yum!!

Decadent

Layers of delicious moist cake with creamy icing and raspberry jam. Covered in buttercream icing with sweet toasted almonds. I’m sold on Freed’s!! This was a Christmas gift. I’ll take one every year!

I just had this cake in New York, but instead of buttercream in between the layers, it was ricotta cheese, just like in cannollis
